What items are returnable for exchange?
- In original condition.
- Unwashed and Unworn.
- Wrong sizing.
What items are non-refundable?
- Free gifts or promotional/discounted items.
- Wrong sizing.
- Minor damages.
- Change of mind.
- An uncontrolled delay in shipping.
(If you change your mind for any reason on any item you've purchased from our online store, we will issue you with a credit note for the value of the item(s) you are returning. Change of mind includes instances where a style didn't suit you, did not fit you how you wanted or expected it to.)
Are there any charges for return?
- There is a fee of $1.8 for all store credit and original payment method refund returns which will be deducted from your store credit/gift card note or refund.
How do I return?
Head to our returns page:
1. Pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your confirmation and pre-paid shipping label if you were issued one.
2. Go to your local post office to ship the package. Return address for the package:
3. Please provide us the tracking number from the post office. You can keep tracking your package by receiving emails for shipment updates.
4.You will receive a email as soon as we received your items.
How long when i get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 7-15 business days.
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR PRODUCTS SENT BACK THAT ARE NOT ACCEPTED VIA RETURNS REQUEST ALL RETURNS CLAIMS MUST BE RECORDED.
